About us

We, Jilsy Simon and Rajeswari Vijay (Raji) are two Home Scientists cum Nutritionists and apart from that “God created buddies”. We have known each other for the past 6 years and always found God’s hands working in our lives because somehow both of us end up in every critical situation together, may that be as college internship partners /thesis co-workers to even partners in mischief. :-) Both of us believe in doing what we love. That may be the reason why God even put us in the same job. We both work in a Research Institute where we actually have fun working with our favourite mates…foods and flavors . We believe that we even share perfect qualities that are complementary to each other…both of us love cooking, but Jilsy is a practically awesome cook, whereas I, Raji am a person who loves writing about the flavours. So that paved way to our thought of creating a blog that will attract food lovers and put the creative parts of our brains to work. When we create a dish, we put all our heart into it to make sure that it touches the heart of the person to whom it is served. A food should not only mesmerize your palate but also fill your heart… with the bliss of wellness.
